@timschlomi So it's not a 1:1 ratio, the person at trial has substantially more information and so it's hard to push the odds to near certainly guilty under these circumstances. So much so that even if it's not a 99% get out of jail free, it good be something like an unmovable 30% GOJF

@timschlomi There's the risk of the person having say a hidden alibi they reveal at trial, win the case and collect the outsized profits (which would be huge if the odds are pushed to say >90% guilty)
