Interesting thought on credential dropping being a red-flag. It's likely due to selection bias. If someone is asking you for an opportunity and they are well credentialed, they have more of a burden to explain why they currently don't have what they want and why they are asking you.

The Bush-Cheney philosophy on foreign policy -- that is the underlying motivations behind the goals they wanted to accomplish -- should be enacted based on reasoning through their practical implementation... we are a quarter of the way into the 21st century... the decoupling of military power from human lives to instead scale on capital means that the US -- bountiful in capital -- can more aggressively pursue foreign policy with less expenditure. The practical prescription that was horrific in the 2000s is possible today.
